Casual Consulting / Support

- Consulting fees  - $ 99.00 per hour.
- Call out fee (on site work) - $ 55.00.
- Remote support including phone - $55 per incident then 27.50 per 15 Minutes.
- After Hour call outs (before 8am and after 5pm Monday to Friday) - $220 per hour.

Prepaid Service Agreement Packages

All computer services are available 24/7 for service agreement clients.
Purchased in blocks of 20 hours, prepaid service contract are not subject to call out charges.

- Phone and remote support is calculated in 15 minute increments.
- Minimum 1 hour charge applies for on site work.
- After Hours remote and phone support minimum 30 minutes.
- After Hours on site support minimum 2 hours.
