Please Note: Before changing any settings you should make a note of what the current settings are.

Internet Explorer

Click Tools ->> Internet Options

 Click the "Connections" Tab.

 Click "LAN Settings"

 Untick “Use a Proxy Server”.

Firefox

Click Tools - >> Options

Click the "Advanced" button.

Click the "Network" Tab.

Click “Settings” in the “Connection” box.

Confirm the “No Proxy” is selected.
